Upon receiving the wine, I was a bit skeptical about how good it would be. I loved my label and was pretty happy about the flavor notes I selected whilst blending.
I pulled out the old seasonsed cast iron pan, heated some oil and putter and slapped on a couple filet minons for me and the family.
Served it up with a glass of The Elixir Red and wowee were were pleasantly surprised. If you like a bold red suble aromatics, as the descriptions says, then this is your wine.
