For our next Winemaker Dinner, Bottlest is excited to welcome Winemaker Erick Allen from Ascension Cellars in Paso Robles for a special 6-course menu with Ascension wine pairings!  Each course, expertly prepared by Bottlest Chef Owen Hanavan, will be paired with an Ascension Cellars wine selected by Certified Sommelier Allison Crawford.  See below for the Menu and Wine Pairings.
