Meet Compilation Cellars winemaker Anna Clifford, who graduated from UC Davis in 2002 with a degree in viticulture and enology. Her 15-year winemaking career includes stints at Buena Vista Winery and Beringer Vineyards. Since 2012 Anna has been at Terravant, where she leads the winemaking team. Anna is looking forward to telling you about Compilation Cellars and her winemaking philosophy.


Meet Executive Chef Owen Hanavan who came to Bottlest from Barbareño in Santa Barbara, where as Head Chef, he opened the restaurant. Chef Owen’s culinary resumé also includes time spent at Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara and the Michelin-starred COI Restaurant in San Francisco. Chef Owen's creative approach has earned him numerous accolades from dining critics and reviewers across Southern and Central California.
