Beverage Manager

Bottlest is seeking a full-time, experienced beverage manager to help lead the team at our winery, bar and bistro.

Server

Bottlest has current openings for Servers. Bottlest is a fine dining restaurant and tasting room located inside of a winery. Part-time hours include weekends and evenings. Must be friendly and dependable. Previous experience in a fine dining environment a plus. Prep & Line Cook

Bottlest Bar & Bistro is looking for a Prep & Line cook to join our culinary team.

An ideal candidate is someone with a passion for food, willingness to work hard and learn proper kitchen procedures and etiquette. Must be a team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Requirements: Attention to cleanliness, detail organization, and works efficiently and expeditiously.

Host/ Hostess

Bartender

Working Conditions:

Bartenders are generally on their feet for long periods and may be required to lift or stack heavy stock. They may have to check patrons’ identification and deal with difficult or intoxicated customers. Their work environment can be cramped, noisy, humid, slippery and incredibly busy. Bartenders are often required to work on weekends and in the evening. 

Duties:

  • Welcome guests within one minute.
  • Work as a team with all employees in order to maintain an efficient atmosphere and an effective food and beverage service.
  • Pass menu tests.
  • Ring all orders into the computer immediately; collect different forms of payments from guests.
  • Serve the bar as well as make drinks for the dining room.
  • Anticipate guest's needs! Offer your assistance before the guest has to ask for it.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
  • Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential. Other duties as directed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-5 years bartender experience.
  • Good Liquor and Wine Knowledge.
  • Basic math, reading, and computer skills (we use Revel as our POS).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Multi-task oriented Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
